Dunia saat ini sedang mengalami masalah besar sejak World Health Organization (WHO) mengumumkan status pandemi global Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 pimpinan perguruan tinggi harus mengambil pilihan menonaktifkan kegiatan perkuliahan di lingkungan kampus dan memberlakukan pembelajaran secara daring bagi mahasiswa. Pembelajaran daring atau online learning/e-learning adalah pembelajaran yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sehingga dapat diakses oleh peserta didik kapan saja dan di mana saja. Universitas Budi Luhur telah menerapkan e-learning sejak tahun 2019 namun masih terdapat ketidaksiapan dalam penyelenggaraannya. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengukuran secara kuantitatif untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan e-learning Universitas Budi Luhur. Tingkat kesiapan e-learning diukur berdasarkan pada model e-learning readiness yang digunakan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara, sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan indeks e-learning readiness Universitas Budi Luhur berada pada tingkat siap hanya perlu peningkatan dalam penerapannya.
